Structural Vs. Cranial treatments

Structural Osteopathy is the most common form of treatment. It usually entails mobilisation of the joints and structures of the body using manual techniques. It's certainly the more physical technique out of the two. Cranial Osteopathy is a much more gentle approach to the body. It works with using the body's biodynamics and the body's natural health.

Cranial can be used on any age including new born babies who usually respond very well to cranial treatments. When you hear cranial you do think it's just to do with the head but yes, we are very knowledgable with the anatomy of the cranium, but cranial can be used to assist treatment in any part of the body.

I've been carrying a shoulder with limited movement and some discomfort for well over a year. I went to see Sam and after 3 visits I'm well on the way to recovery. Thanks Sam, you're a legend!

I was nervous of having a sports massage due to the pain I already suffered, but Sam was reassuring and talked me through the whole thing. She gave me great after care advice. I would highly recommend
